The location is marvellous, adjacent to most restaurants and Benevento by train and a quiet street right downtown, you cannot beat it. I appreciated very attentive personnel that ensures guests have a fairly nice stay;)))

This is surely the best small hotel, great staff, silent rooms. Its location is great and favourable, not far from most restaurants and the main pedestrian walking street. Caffe il Chiostro with coffee & goodies is 400 feet walk away.

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in Benevento, I was delighted by the medieval-themed décor and the cozy ambiance. We had a fantastic weekend exploring the beautiful town and discovering its hidden gems. One of the best aspects of our stay was the central location of our hotel, which allowed us to easily reach all the main attractions on foot. the medieval-themed décor of the hotel was charming and made us feel like we were stepping back in time.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from our overall experience. the wifi was quite spotty at times, which was inconvenient as we needed to stay connected during our trip.

Great breakfast selection with an amazing coffee service. Loved the blend of early 20th-century and modern styling, gave the hotel a refreshing touch. It was located within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and we enjoyed exploring the old city.

The staff forgot to give us the remotes to control the AC, and there were lots of stairs we had to carry our luggage up to without help. It wasn't the most romantic escape because the décor was old-fashioned, and the bed was not very comfortable.

I had a two-week stay at this hotel for my isolation period, and the owners went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They brought me my food deliveries and even allowed me to have the breakfast room all to myself while they cleaned my room. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a charming old Italian guesthouse vibe. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The location was central and close to restaurants and shops, with the bus station just a 5-minute walk away.

Our hotel was located just a few minutes’ walk from the city's main street, nestled in a quiet labyrinth of small lanes. The breakfast included a variety of options such as cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, and there was a great coffee service with all the espresso and lattes you want. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a charming blend of modern and early 20th-century styling.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy and the decor felt outdated.
